Functions of the General Secretariat of the Faculty:

The General Secretariat of the College shall be entrusted with the following (Joint Ministerial Decision of 24 August 2004):

- Preparation of the draft human resources management plan for the College and ensure its implementation

- Managing the professional course for college users

- Ensuring the operation of the archives and documentation of the college and maintain them

- Prepare the budget of the college and ensure its implementation

- Promotion of scientific, cultural and sports activities for students in coordination with the concerned bodies of the University Directorate

- Management of the movable and real estate of the College and maintenance of the maintenance

- Ensure the implementation of the internal security scheme of the College

Interests of the General Secretariat of the College:

The General Secretariat of the College attached to the Office of Internal Security shall include the following interests:

- Users' interest includes the following two sections:

- Teachers branch

Administrative Users and Technicians Branch

- The budget department includes the following two sections:

- Budget Branch

- Accounting branch

- Means of maintenance and maintenance and includes the following two sections:

- Branch of means

Maintenance Branch
